JContact is a set of Java wrapper classes for the BS Contact VRML/X3D player (available from Bitmanagement Software). The classes are designed to work in conjunction with the excellent JNIWrapper library. JContact allows the BS Contact ActiveX control to be used as an AWT component in a Java application. It includes a Java API, closely following the earlier blaxxun implementation of the VRML97 Java EAI (External Applications Interface), which provides access to the VRML browser object and the VRML scene graph (nodes and events).
